User Registration

Note: This is not a self-signup page. To begin the ARCS account creation process, please email arcssupport@improving.com with your facility name, Medicaid Provider Number, and Provider Type information as shown in PNM.

To register, you must enter the Username from the ARCS welcome email, the Medicaid Provider Number and EIN/SSN from your organization’s PNM account. The EIN/SSN must be NUMBERS ONLY with NO hyphens or dashes. If you receive an error message, please make sure you have typed in the correct information. (It is not case sensitive). You may login to the secure PNM portal at https://ohpnm.omes.maximus.com/OH_PNM_PROD/Account/Login.aspx to verify your organization’s Medicaid Provider Number and EIN/SSN.
